Saeco Modular Cappuccino Considered to be the most suitable for office environments of 30 or more users, as anything smaller will struggle and require regular technical attention. The MODULAR has been designed and constructed to service the customer base of a European street cafe and will capably perform with minimum maintenance and servicing.
IN DETAIL The Modular is available in a chrome plated/blue black finish. The bean hopper holds 1.1 kg which will make 150 plus cups The drip tray is large and deep and can be plumbed. The cup warmer is independently heated via an electric element and keeps glasses very warm. The LCD display speaks to the user in respect to all operation and requirements of the machine. Steaming of milk is performed either manually with a very capable steam arm or automatically by being drawn from a 12 volt 6 litre chiller and dispensed directly into the cup at the touch of a button. The panel above shows a choice of milk volumes for latte, cappuccino or hot milk only. Again all easily programmed. To the initiated the Modular, like most espresso machines is bewildering to use. People are apprehensive in approaching and using the machine for the first time but require little encouragement to trial and master. This machine is best suited for the business environment and offers push button operation for two dispensing quantities giving normal and long espresso as either single or double cups. Short black or espressos are also dispensed easily by pressing the normal coffee button and stopping short. All dispensing volumes are easily programmed simply by holding the button down until reaching the desired amount and then releasing. The dispensing unit is adjustable for all cup sizes and will also cater for mugs.	INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS The Modular requires direct plumbing and 15 amp power. We provide installation management with trained tradespeople and electrical and plumbing certificates. Water and coffee waste can be plumbed at the same time. If you prefer to use your building service manager we require a half inch stop valve. TROUBLE SHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE We provide training and maintenance support through personal contact, team training and access to online trouble shooting web pages. Spare parts are readily available and if removed your machine will be replaced with a loan for the period of repair.
